10 Miles

Our 10 mile route starts off at the schools site in the middle of the village.  It loops around the business park at the southern end of Hook before crossing the A30 and heading towards the rural village of Rotherwick.

After passing through Rotherwick the route turns south towards Newnham, going past the Tylney Hall hotel.  At Newnham there is another left turn, taking runners back towards Hook and crossing the A30 again, before turning back to the west and the Dorchester Arms junction.

The last stretch takes runners on a lane through Hook Common, then anti-clockwise around the village before a finish back at the schools site.

There will be four water stations, at regular intervals around the course.

The route turns left at the Dorchester Arms junction, back towards Hook via Hook Common and finishes with another anti-clockwise circuit of the Village.

There will be three water stations.
