Hook is half a mile north of Junction 5 on the M3, 12 miles south of Junction 11 on the M4 and 6 miles east of Basingstoke on the A30.

Alternatively Hook Railway Station is 5 minutes walk from the Start/Finish.

Free car parking is available at:

• The Community Centre (signposted from Griffin Way South)
• The Village Car Park (just off the A30, opposite St Johns Church)
• Hook Railway Station Car Park
